Return Policy
In the unlikely event after the 30-day trial period, you are not satisfied with the products you purchased from STIMFIT, the following return policy applies.
We will gladly accept returns as specified below, provided the item is in good condition, in the original package with all of the materials included. Any additional accessories that were not part of the basic system, such as accessories, must be returned to receive a refund on those items. If the item is damaged from abuse, a refund can be denied.
Your trial period begins the day you receive your products. If you are not completely satisfied with after using the product for 30-days, contact Customer Care at customercare@bodylogicwearables.com at the end of your trial period. The customer is responsible for returning the product. Once we receive it, review the contents and condition, and approve it is returned per the policy, we will issue a refund of the purchase price. The purchase price does not include refunding your processing & handling charges.
Packages returned not following this procedure may be not qualify for a refund. We have a very generous trial policy and ask that you follow the Return Policy in good faith.
